The range varies by model: from 20 km for our Essential range up to 70 km for our Premium range. It also depends on the rider's weight, terrain, and riding speed.
How long does it take to charge the battery?
Charging time varies between 3h and 8h depending on the model and battery capacity. Our Pro and Premium models are compatible with fast charging.
Do I need a license to ride an electric scooter?
In France, no license is required for electric scooters limited to 25 km/h. However, wearing a helmet is highly recommended, and the minimum age is 12 years old.
Are your scooters road legal?
Yes, all our scooters comply with current French regulations (speed limited to 25 km/h, lights, bell). They can be used on cycle paths and authorized lanes.
Do you offer after-sales service and spare parts?
Yes, we offer comprehensive after-sales service as well as a large stock of spare parts (tires, batteries, brakes, sidewalks). Our technical team is available to assist you.
What is the maximum supported load?
